Elvish Monarchy - High King Elluin A kingdom plagued with tradition it is unable to truly advance and thrive. Despises the kingdom of Tirion and considers them all traitors to the crown. However, they cannot openly declare war on them. Sees piracy as another form of treason towards the kingdom and has taken dramatic steps to make sure no pirate ever crosses its borders.
